Chris launched his entrepreneurial career in 1998 when he started not one, but two businesses—one a startup ecommerce website and the other a bakery distribution company. Chris sold the website in 2000 and concentrated on his distribution company until he sold that business in 2008. Meanwhile, Chris and his brother founded a graphics manufacturing company in 2004. It was in this organization that Chris really honed his leadership and mentoring skills as he made the leap from working “in” the business to working “on” the business.
A decade into the business, things were progressing much like many startups—long workdays made up of unhealthy amounts of blood, sweat, and tears. By 2015, Chris was becoming more and more frustrated with the lack of return that was being generated by the amount of effort that he was putting into the company. This was when he read the book Traction® and began implementing EOS® in his business. After implementing EOS®, Chris saw his company’s revenue and profits grow, making the Inc 5000 multiple times. Team health reached levels he previously thought unattainable. Best of all, the structure, process, and accountability generated by running the business on EOS® allowed Chris to delegate the day-to-day management of the business and focus on his true calling: helping entrepreneurs get the most of out of their businesses.
Chris is an EOS Implementer™ based in Phoenix, AZ. He has been implementing EOS® since 2015 and is passionate about using his over two decades of experience running his own businesses to help clients live the EOS Life™ by doing what they love, with people they love, making a difference, being compensated appropriately, and having time to pursue other passions.
